Get Set Go

This morning  we did Get Set Go with Janice, Michelle and Nathan. We bounced the ball to each other and one of us had to hit it and the other person had to catch it. We will do it every Tuesday this year.

Suter Art Gallery

 We looked at the clay pots then traced around the outside using a piece of wool.

 We had to sit like the statue.

We followed instructions to make our own clay models. Esther is going to fire them in her kiln for us.

Getting Along

This week we worked alongside room 4 to make our photo frames for our gala craft contribution and did Jump Jam with all of our room 4, 6 and 7 team mates.

Hot shots Tennis Coaching

Suzanne from the Tahunanui Tennis Club came to school. We all practised tennis and tried to catch the ball.So we all learned something new today.

Aquatic Centre Visit

When we went to the Aquatic Centre one activity was to float on your back with a lunch box or a drink bottle or an icecream  container. Keira thought the Aquatic centre was so awesome and fun until she had to go home.

Zero Waste

Mrs Langi came in to talk to us about having zero waste in our lunchboxes. Can you see how much waste is in each of the lunchboxes in the tower? A clue... they go from most at the bottom to least at the top.
